A standard quick-action release allows for fast opening and closing, and asolid-steel dog in the front jaw allows for even oversized workpieces to be held securely. The machined, toed-in jawsprovide a solid grip, and countersunk jaw holes allow for optional wood facings. This versatile tool also includes anextra nut that allows for conversion to a continuous-acting vise.

The 4 x 10' Professional Woodworker's Vise from Jorgensen features a quick-action release for fast opening and closingand a solid-steel dog in the front jaw which, when used in conjunction with a bench stop, allows oversized work to beheld securely on the bench top.
