WB-90 is a highly effective water-based weld anti-spatter with a built-in flashrust inhibitor. It’s enhanced 'low risk' formulation means that there are nohazard symbols on the can, and it is safer in use than traditional solvent spatterreleases.

It is solvent-free, silicone-free, and nonflammable. Ideal for useon all workpieces being prior to welding, preventing spatter adhesion and allowingeasy post-welding removal.

WB-90 should also be used on tools, equipment, clamps,and surrounding surfaces to prevent spatter build-up. After welding has finished,WB-90 does not always require removal prior to post-welding coating, plating,or painting, and is completely removed during the cleaning and pickling processof hot-dip galvanising.

Application

Directions for use

• Shake well before use.
• Apply a thin even film.
• Spatters can be removed with a wire brush.
