All of our parcels are collected by Fastway Couriers and delivered according to their schedule.
Our focus is on assisting customers in every way possible. We select only top branded products which are constantly re-evaluated. We work closely with suppliers to ensure that all products are quality tested before shipment. We view all sales transactions to be final and will therefore not reverse completed transactions.
All products carries manufacturer warranties/guarantees all of which are honoured by Executool according to the supplier's specific terms and conditions. Should any item fail, all you have to do is to contact us and return the product to us and we will arrange/facilitate appropriate repair actions.
Payments should be done by Electronic Funds Transfer (Internet Banking).
We will soon incorporate credit card facilities after which you will be able
to make purchases with approved Credit Cards (Master Card and Visa). We're also
in the process of incorporating Snapscan to make it much easier for our customers.
PLEASE NOTE: Executool does not accept Cheque payments.
We will only ship purchased products immediately after the funds are cleared in our bank. It normally takes a maximum of two (2) banking days for funds to be cleared unless your bank has a PIORITY transfer facility. In many instances transactions are cleared by the next day. We encourage this type of payment. We might call you to confirm the transaction for security purposes.
